This RDP file is for use after the 4/29/24 hosted maintenance during which the MyApps servers will be upgrade to Server 2019. Customers can download and put in place prior, but should note that it will not function until that maintenance is complete.

A shutdown script that will causes the operating system to wait for the database software to shut down (properly) before continuing with the server shutdown or restart (see “Preventing Cache Database Startup Failures” section of Operations Manual). Please note, this script is only compatible with servers running Windows 7, 8.1, 10; Server 2008, Server 2008R2, and Server 2012R2.

This zip file contains the ODBC drivers necessary to connect to the Cache/HealthShare platform.x86 – 32-bit machine, x64 – AMD compatible 64-bit machines
